On May 18, 2026, we welcomed 40 representatives from companies and related organizations in Ibaraki Prefecture with an interest in Indonesian human resources to our training center for a facility tour and exchange session.
During the visit, the guests observed Japanese language classes and toured our new school building. They also had the opportunity to interact with students who are studying hard every day with the goal of working in Japan.
Although the students appeared nervous at first, hearing directly from Japanese participants about recommended tourist destinations, local foods, and everyday life in Ibaraki gradually brought more smiles to their faces. The experience provided the students with a valuable opportunity to develop a more concrete image of working in Japan.
