Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Handling Recruitment and sourcing candidates for Technical intern trainees Program to Japan.
- Coordinator for all Program (presentation in the seminars, promoting the program itself in media social, network, etc.)
- Communicate and Make a good relationships with partners (University, School, LPK, etc)
- Arrange and handling selection test for candidates.
- Improve the performance of the candidates.
- Support and consultation for candidates in our training center.
- Follow up technical intern trainees while they stay in Japan by communicating through the emails and phone calls, etc.
- Handling other related jobs (admin, data input, etc).
