Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Direct and train new teachers to improve their teaching skills.
- Teaching supervisor
- In charge of teaching apprentices in the classroom (Adjusting to conditions)
- Participate in creating the syllabus, curriculum, and learning materials.
- Arrange teacher meeting schedules.
- Create test results (test report) N3 & N4
- Observation of apprenticeship classes
- Manage and control the Kadai class.
- Prepare placement test.
- Distribute learning videos to each intern.
- In charge of other matters related to Japanese language education such as Tokutei Ginou, Ginou Jisshuusei, and online classes.
