Job Description/ Responsibilities
- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
- Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate pipelines
- Assist with onboarding and related paperwork.
