BREXA Indonesia is expanding its initiatives to support the employment of highly skilled Indonesian engineers in Japan.
On November 3, 2025, the first batch of 14 participants—new university graduates—officially commenced the Japanese Language Training Program for Highly Skilled Engineers at our Bandung Training Center.
This program provides intensive Japanese language education along with cross-cultural training designed to deepen participants’ understanding of Japanese workplace culture and values. Through this approach, the program supports participants in smoothly adapting to communication styles and working environments in Japan.
The participants aim to begin working in Japan within 2026 and are continuously committed to improving their Japanese language proficiency as well as the practical communication skills required in professional settings.
