Target Level: N3
This class is designed for those handling guest interactions, such as receptionists, hotel staff, and restaurant workers.
It emphasizes understanding Japanese culture to provide “omotenashi” hospitality to Japanese guests, teaching practical Japanese skills like handling complaints and responding promptly and appropriately.

② Telephone and Email Correspondence in Japanese (60 minutes × 20 sessions total)
Target Level: N3
Learn how to handle telephone and email correspondence frequently encountered in office work. Practice through realistic scenarios simulating actual work situations.

Focuses on learning the basic Japanese necessary for workplaces such as manufacturing.

Steps to Enrollment

① Inquiry

Please contact us via email or phone regarding your desired program. Our representative will conduct a detailed consultation to understand your learning needs.

② Proposal & Estimate

Based on your requirements, we will submit a curriculum proposal and estimate.

③ Contract

For first-time clients, we will issue an invoice after concluding the Japanese Training Service Contract.

④ Course Commencement

Our representative will coordinate the schedule and submit monthly progress reports.

⑤ Course Completion

Upon completion, we will issue test results and a certificate of completion.

We will conduct a comprehensive review through surveys and counseling sessions.

For continuing clients, we will submit a proposal tailored to your learning progress.

Japanese Language Education and Schools

How long have you been studying Japanese?

Generally, we use 48 hours as one term, but we will tailor the program according to learning objectives, level, and other factors.

Do you offer lessons taught by Japanese instructors?

Yes, we also offer lessons with Japanese instructors for conversation practice and business etiquette.

Does the Japanese language school in Bandung have Japanese staff?

Yes, Japanese staff are always available. Feel free to contact us in Japanese.

We would like our employees to learn Japanese. What courses are available?

We can accommodate everything from private lessons to group classes. If all students are starting from scratch, we will limit each class to a maximum of 10 students and divide them into separate classes. If students have different levels, we will conduct a placement test beforehand and create classes based on their respective levels.

Can you arrange for a Japanese language instructor to be sent to our company?

Yes, that is possible. Classes are generally held at your company, and we will dispatch an instructor available on your preferred day and time.
