How Our Service Works

① Application

Please contact us via email, link, or phone. We will send you an application form. Fill in the required information and return it to us.

② Consultation & Explanation

We will explain our language lesson system online (approximately 15 minutes).

During this session, we will also discuss your learning goals and preferences.

③ Lesson Arrangement

Based on the information from your application form and consultation, we will assign a suitable instructor.

Once the instructor is confirmed, we will inform you of the lesson start date and other details.

④ Lesson Start

Offline lessons: The instructor will visit your chosen location.
Online lessons: The instructor will send you a lesson link. Please join at the scheduled time.

FAQ

Can I reschedule classes for the Indonesian language course?

Yes, rescheduling is possible. However, there are limits on the number of times you can reschedule, and an expiration period applies. Please contact us for more details.

Are there any additional fees besides the standard tuition for the Indonesian language course?

Transportation fees will be charged separately based on the distance from our head office at Sudirman 7.8 to the lesson location. In addition, depending on the lesson content, you may be asked to purchase commercially available textbooks.

Are textbooks provided for the Indonesian language course?

We usually use commercially available textbooks. However, if you already have your own materials, they can also be used in the lessons. Depending on the lesson content, the instructor may provide materials as well.

Are there instructors for the Indonesian language course who can speak Japanese?

Yes. We have many instructors who can conduct lessons in Japanese.

Are Indonesian language courses available on weekends?

Yes, lessons are available on weekends if the instructor’s schedule allows. However, in-person lessons at our office are not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

What payment methods and currency are accepted?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card (a 2% processing fee applies). Payments are accepted in Indonesian Rupiah only.

Do you offer preparation courses for the Indonesian Language Proficiency Test?

Yes. We provide exam preparation for all levels, from Level A to Level E. Lessons are conducted using past exam questions, articles, and other relevant materials.
