Overview of Visa Types – We handle the following types of visas:
Working Visa
A mandatory visa for foreign nationals who will work or engage in activities involving remuneration in Indonesia.
Work Visas are categorized into Short-Term Work Visa (1–6 months) and Long-Term Work Visa (7–12 months)
Business Visa
This visa is valid for company visits, business negotiations, product purchases, attending lectures or seminars, and visiting the Indonesian branch office. It is available as a single-entry visa for one entry only, or as a multiple-entry visa valid for one year with multiple re-entries permitted.
Family Visa (Family Dependent Visa)
A visa for family members accompanying a Working Visa holder, or for foreign nationals married to Indonesian citizens.
Retirement Visa
A visa for individuals aged 55 years and above who do not engage in employment or business activities.
Others
We also handle visas for tourism or business travel to other countries.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Under 60 years of age
- Registered under a Managerial position or higher

Service Flow
① Initial Inquiry
Please inform us of the type of visa you wish to apply for. We will send the Visa Application Form via email.
② Submission of Travel Purpose Information
Please complete and sign the form, then return it to us.
③ Provision of Schedule
After confirming your requirements and travel plans, we will provide an estimated visa processing schedule.
④ Quotation & Order Confirmation
We will issue a quotation. The order is deemed confirmed upon signing the quotation.
⑤ Document Preparation by Client
We will provide a list of required documents. Kindly prepare the documents accordingly and submit them in color-scanned format.
⑥ Preparation of Draft Visa Application
We will prepare all visa application documents for submission to the relevant government authorities and send them to the client for review and signature.
⑦ Submission to Government Authorities
Upon receipt of the signed documents, we will proceed with the visa application process.
