The first cohort of 12 participants in the “Japanese Language Learning Program for Highly Skilled Engineers” successfully completed the nine-month educational program and departed for Japan in the first week of September!
In addition to Japanese language education, the program provided cross-cultural training on Japanese workplace culture and values. Through these initiatives, we supported the participants in developing the Japanese language and communication skills necessary to work and build their careers in Japan.
Throughout the nine-month program, the first cohort achieved a Japanese language level equivalent to JLPT N2. Having completed their preparations for working in Japan, each participant has now taken the next step toward a new career.
