PT BREXA Raya Indonesia participated as a speaker at the "Indonesia Specified Skilled Worker Recruitment and Utilization Seminar" hosted by Kagawa Prefecture.

The seminar was held as part of Kagawa Prefecture's FY2026 Specified Skilled Worker Acceptance Program in Collaboration with Indonesia's Ministry for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (KP2MI) and was organized in cooperation with AKANE Co., Ltd., the project's contracted operator.

This project is an official initiative implemented under the cooperation agreement between Kagawa Prefecture and Indonesia's Ministry of Manpower and the Ministry for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (KP2MI). It aims to address the growing labor shortage facing businesses in Kagawa Prefecture by supporting the recruitment and acceptance of highly qualified Indonesian talent.

The seminar was held on July 17 and July 24, with a total of 27 representatives from local companies participating over the two sessions. AKANE Co., Ltd. provided explanations for companies with no prior experience in hiring foreign talent, covering topics such as an overview of the Specified Skilled Worker system, the recruitment and acceptance process, and support measures utilizing Kagawa Prefecture’s subsidy programs.

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia introduced its initiatives for human resource development in Indonesia, including its education and training systems designed to ensure that Japanese companies can confidently accept Indonesian talent, Japanese language education programs, and the overall process through deployment to Japan.

The company also presented its support framework aimed at achieving better matches between Japanese companies and Indonesian talent, receiving strong interest from participating companies.

As a bridge connecting Japan and Indonesia, PT BREXA Raya Indonesia will continue to contribute to the development of both countries through the cultivation of high-quality human resources and the promotion of sustainable international talent exchange.
