BREXA Indonesia is expanding its business as a global company, aiming to address two challenges: the labor shortage in Japan and the placement of Indonesian engineers (highly skilled human resources) in Japan by removing barriers through education and expanding human resource potential.
BREXA Indonesia held a recruitment seminar for student’s seeking employment in Japan at Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University and Sebelas Maret University on January 22 and 23, 2026
A total of 32 students from the Departments of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Informatics Engineering participated. These students, who aspire to work in Japan, will complete a Japanese language training program at BREXA Indonesia and are expected to begin working in Japan in early 2027.
