BREXA Indonesia is expanding its global business to address two key challenges: Japan’s labor shortage and the placement of Indonesian engineers (highly skilled professionals) in Japan. Through education and talent development, the company aims to remove barriers and unlock greater opportunities for Indonesian professionals.
BREXA Indonesia is holding a recruitment seminar for students and alumni interested in working in Japan at the following four universities from February 9 to 19, 2026:
• University of Indonesia
• Bandung Institute of Technology
• Gadjah Mada University
• Padjadjaran University
The seminars attracted more than 100 students from Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Informatics Engineering programs. Participants who aspire to work in Japan will undergo Japanese language training at BREXA Indonesia and are expected to begin their careers in Japan in early 2027.
