This class is designed for those handling guest interactions, such as receptionists, hotel staff, and restaurant workers.
It emphasizes understanding Japanese culture to provide “omotenashi” hospitality to Japanese guests, teaching practical Japanese skills like handling complaints and responding promptly and appropriately.

How long is the Japanese language study period?
Generally, we use 48 hours as one term, but we will structure the program according to your learning goals, level, and other factors.
Are there lessons taught by Japanese instructors?
Yes, we also offer lessons with Japanese instructors for conversation practice and business etiquette.
Are there Japanese staff at the Japanese language school in Bandung?
Yes, we have Japanese staff on-site at all times. Please feel free to contact us in Japanese.
I would like my employees to learn Japanese. What kind of courses are available?
We can accommodate from private to group classes. If everyone is starting from zero, we limit each class to a maximum of 10 students. If levels differ, we conduct a placement test beforehand and organize level-based classes.
