What kind of candidates do you recruit?
We recruit candidates through direct applications and partnerships with universities and educational institutions. Our candidates mainly include Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduates majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Civil Engineering, and Japanese Language studies. We can also introduce candidates with JLPT N3–N2 level Japanese proficiency depending on client requirements.
What types of universities do you recruit from in Indonesia?
We mainly recruit from engineering and comprehensive universities across Indonesia. Our recruiters directly visit universities and conduct recruitment activities based on the client’s needs and desired candidate profile.
How long does it take from job offer to departure?
For candidates who already possess Japanese language skills, the COE application process can begin immediately after receiving an offer. If Japanese language training is required, candidates will undergo training at our training center. The standard training period is approximately 6 months with the goal of achieving JLPT N3 level. An additional 3 months of training can also be arranged depending on client requirements.
What types of positions can you support?
We can support a wide range of positions, including engineering and non-engineering roles. After understanding your requirements in detail, we will propose the most suitable recruitment scheme.
Is it possible to conduct interviews online?
Yes, both online and in-person interviews are available. We can arrange the interview format according to your preferences.
